He is survived by: his daughter Julia Ryerson Witherington of Plano; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sarah and David Witherington; his son John; his daughter-in-law Amy Ryerson of Alva; and his grandchildren, Ben, Katherine and Madeline. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
