He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Maddox and Lois Maddox; his wife Reva Maddox (Hoffman); and his children, Kent Maddox and Elizabeth Maddox.
He is survived by: his son Brian Maddox (Vickie); his stepsons, Kevin Black (Fawn) and Kelly Black (Amy); and his sister Venetta Brown (Maddox). He is also survived by his siblings, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
