With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lyndell Joan Howell in Alva, Oklahoma, born in Shattuck, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferman Clarence and Edith Mae Shepherd (Baker); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Nelson and Jean Wunschel. She is survived by: her husband Walter Marion Howell of Alva; her children, Scott Howell (Valerie) of Perry and Kristi Decker (Shawn) of Alva; her brother Don Shepherd (Bonnie) of Shattuck; her grandchildren, Heath Howell, Hadley Howell of Perry and Cameryn Decker of Alva; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Howell of Alva, Erlene, Dr. Dennis Morehart of Enid and Forrest Nelson of Alva. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
