He is survived by: his sons, Justin (Karen) of Tulsa, Joey (Jenny) of Tulsa and Jayme (Paige) of Edmond; his wife Sharon Mathers of Alva; his grandchildren, Nora of Tulsa, Luke of Tulsa, Mary Kate of Tulsa, Hudson of Tulsa, Bennett of Tulsa and Carter Ross of Tulsa; and his brother Terry of Pratt, Kansas..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to OMRF (Alzheimer's) , Share Convalescent Home (Activities Fund), or First Baptist Church (Kitchen Fund), with Marshall Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
