We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2024, at the age of 87, Loretta Joyce Decker of Alva, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Loretta Joyce may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She is survived by: her husband Roy William Decker; her daughters, Kay Decker and Jo Decker; her grandchildren, Jay Lohmann, Taylor Turner Arndt (Dallas Arndt), Ariel Simpson (Michael Simpson) and Emily Koch (Ethan Koch); and her sister Rosie Carberry (Carl). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
