She is survived by: her parents, John W. and Maggie M. Garrett (McBride); her sister Ann Crawford; her husbands, John Lakely and John Parker; her children-in-law, Stanley Holt and Jerilyn Lakely; her stepchildren, Beulah Zalewski, Margie Pshigoda, Alva Eslick (Bebe), Patty Nusser and John A. Lakely; her children, Kathy Holt of Kiowa, Douglas Lakely (Janet) of Alva and Dennis Lakely of Enid; her sister Geneva Byars Cox of Wister; her stepdaughter Delphia Ridgway of Pasadena; and her nephew Danny Crawford of Enid. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Christian Church.
