Lois Yvonne Nieman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Yvonne Nieman in Alva, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 10, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Eugene and Grace Mae Murrow (Uhl); her husband Charles Nieman; and her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Stroud. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Stroud (Tony Ishmael) of Alva, Roger Nieman (Cathy) of Stillwater and Jeff Nieman (Sherri) of Ralston; her sisters, Wilma Jean Johnson of Holcomb and LaVida Anderson (Elmo) of Helena; her parents-in-law, LaVona Nieman of Tuttle, Clifford Nieman (Lauresta) of Guthrie and Jane McMurphy of Sharon; her grandchildren, Eric Stroud (Elise) of Owasso, Kimberly Barnhill (Joey) of Oklahoma City, Cody Nieman (Charlie Dawn) of Collinsville, Matthew Nieman of Norman, Andrew Nieman of Stillwater and Elizabeth Nieman of Stillwater; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Grace Stroud of Owasso, Walker Stroud of Owasso and Blakely Barnhill of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
