She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyel Dee and Juanita June Choplin (Haney); and her son James Thomas "Tom" Erikson. She is survived by: her husband Russell Erikson; her children, Clint Erikson (Amy) of Capron and Mandy Clepper (Jay) of Alva; her grandchildren, Ruston Erikson, Trenton Clepper, Tanith Erikson and Bailey Clepper; and her sister Donna Perry (Randy) of Perkins. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home of Alva (230 Flynn St, Alva, OK 73717). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Wesleyan Church (35021 Major Rd, Alva, OK 73717).

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Cedar Grove Wesleyan Church.

“Russell and family, so sorry for your loss. I was shocked at this news. Saturday, I took pictures of Russell in his new suit that he asked me to text them to Linda and she answered back with the comment that he cleaned up really well. I know that she will be missed by all, she was such a nice person. God bless you all.”
