She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Golbek and Alma Pauline Golbek (Hook); her husband Earl David; and her brother Larry Golbek. She is survived by: her son Shane Vore (Shannon) of Alva; her grandchildren, Stetson Vore (Courtney) of Alva and Sadie Wilson of Alva; her great grandchildren, Avery Vore and Saylor Wilson; her sister Susan Schneider (Mike) of Fargo; and her siblings-in-law, Dana Golbek of Kingfisher, Christena Marsland of Covington, Louisiana and Jim Vore (Moira) of Washington, D. C.. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
