He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Surface and Hazel Surface (King); his aunt Nell Surface; his brother Daryll (Sandra); his parents-in-law, Ray Gene and Libby Cinnamon; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Surface, Donna Thralls (Mike) and Richard Cinnamon.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Marie Cinnamon; his daughters, Stefanie (Doug Ogburn), Stacie (Barry Vincent), Shellie (Steve Seabolt) and Sharie (Will Mitchell); his grandchild Ashten (Austin); his children, Taven Vincent, Carli Seabolt, Gabren Vincent, Caleb Seabolt, Carson Seabolt, Eva Mitchell, Emory Mitchell, Loren Ogburn, Braxton Ogburn, Libby Ogburn, Lillian Ogburn and Elliana Mitchell; and his brother Dwight Surface (Irene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Northwestern Foundation.
