He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Earl and Lora Cora Feely (Francis). He is survived by: his wife Dianna Davis of Alva; his children, Truckee Shane Feely (Kiley) of Okeene and Jodee Layne Kelln (Jake) of Alva; his grandchildren, Jackson Feely, Hudson Feely, Jaycee Kelln, Lincoln Feely and Jett Kelln; and his siblings, Greg Feely (Gail) of Manchester and Marilyn Riley of Enid. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Northwestern Foundation.
