We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, at the age of 77, Elwyn Hofen of Alva, Oklahoma, born in Colby, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elwyn Hofen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Raymond and Judith V. Hofen (Benson); his wife Miss Evelyn Martin; and his sisters, Merlene and Nadeen.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Hofen (Lynn) of Alva, Brent Hofen (Heather) of Portland and Brad Hofen (Ruchita) of Nagpur, India; his sister-in-law Pat Shearer of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Braden of Oklahoma, Brooks of Oklahoma, Madison Hofen of Oklahoma, Kalynn Samples of Oklahoma, Emma, Blake, Lauren Hofen of Portland, Cassia, Candace Hofen of Nagpur, Briana and Michaelea Samples of Texas. He is also survived by great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Hopeton Church.
