He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Harold and Delores Jean Malcolm (Kennedy). He is survived by: his children, Dave Malcolm of Woodward, Duane Tuxhorn of Florida and Teri Wrenn (John) of Belle Plaine, Kansas; and his sisters, Kay Miller of Anthony and Janice Lehr of Chickasha. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Assembly of God Church.
