She was predeceased by: her father W. W. "Wes" Cook; her grandmother Lee Cook; her sister Marie Prowse; and her children, Evie "Marie" Richardson, Joyce Lee Moore, John Edward Moore, Delores Ann Moore and Elaine Moore Streiff.
She is survived by: her husband Jack F. Moore; her children, Troy and Susan Rogers; her grandchildren, Rhonda, Tony, Jamie, Kaylee, Anthony, John, Joshua, Jason, Carron, William, Donald and Jessica; and also Willie Lee Cook.
