Tyler Wilmes Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2023, at the age of 47, Tyler Wilmes of Altus, Oklahoma, born in Lawton, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe and Troylene Walker; and his cousin Gene Paul Wilmes. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Wilmes (Brenda Walker Wilmes) and Brenda Wilmes; his sister Lindsay Wilmes McGavic (Mike); his daughter Taylor Wilmes; his grandparents, Paul and JoAnne Wilmes; his uncles, Mark Walker, Gregg Wilmes, Jeff (Kim Wilmes), Bruce (Lyn Wilmes), Scott (Lynna Wilmes) and Tim Wimes; his close friend Anesha Davis; and also Landon.

For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, Tyler's family would appreciate donations being made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
