He is survived by: his mother Sue Brooks (Yocham); his stepfather Gerald Brooks of Lookeba, OK; his children, Cody Smith (Taylor Knight) of Yukon and Nicole Smith McKellips (Blaine Nave) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, James, Jackson, Scotlyn and Paityn; his siblings, Cary Smith of Moore, Mary Smith of Norman, Gloria Smith of Sayre and Amy Smith of Lookeba; and his uncle Sonny Yocham. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
