She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Y. Mills; her grandchildren, James Michael Tiernan and Starla C. Doughten; and her great grandchildren, Luna Doughten, Chase Tiernan and Mary Ann Tiernan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
