He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel "Buck" A. and Loma Arvilla Storie (Stephens); his wife Sharon Elaine Hunter; and his sisters, Helen Roundtree, Mavis Johnson and Billie Keener.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey L. Storie of Nebraska and Jennifer (Mike Lamkin) of Florida; and his siblings, Erma Richardson of Snyder and Kenny Storie of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
