He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hendrix; his children, Melissa Hendrix (Quenton) of Altus, Adam Hendrix (Jennifer) of Davidson, Kimberly Brock (Christopher) of Altus and Emily Palin of Tipton, Oklahoma; his stepson Joseph Andrews (Makenna) of Washington, Oklahoma; and his brother Jimmy Hendrix of Crescent, Oklahoma. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
