He is survived by: his wife Kaye Terwilliger (Smith) of Altus, OK; his sons, Bryan Calligan of St. Charles, MO and Darin Calligan of Altus, OK; his grandson Brendan; his stepchildren, Tracy Crail (Tracy) of Eagle Grove, Cathy Bird (Tony) of Coalfield, TN and Jeffrey Terwilliger (Rebecca) of Eagle Grove; his brother Dennis Calligan (Sandra) of Norman, OK; and his sister-in-law Frances Calligan of Derby, KS. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren.
