She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Miguel Maldonado and Trinidad Perez Maldonado; her daughters, Christina Rodriguez-Trejo (Saul Trejo), Tomasita Arthur (Quentin Arthur) and Jessica Frizzell (Shawn Frizzell, Jr.); her siblings, Sid Maldonado, Gloria Davila, John Maldonado, Lupe Zuniga (Ruby), Lucio Maldonado, Minnie Chase, Freddy Maldonado, Joanah Woodin, Yolanda Diaz, Mary Ann Martinez, Mary Lou Bara, Alex and Andrea Maldonado; her grandchildren, Steven Basaldua Essence, Brandon Vega, Jasmin Vega, Wesley Trejo, Aiden Arthur and Sarena Arthur; her great grandchildren, Ryan Basaldua and Elliott Basaldua; her husband Thomas Rodriguez; her stepbrother Miguel Maldonado, Jr.; her sisters, Amelia Busto and Mary Flores; her grandchildren, Ryan and Issiac Basaldua; and her son-in-law Esequiel Basaldua, Jr.. She was also cherished by her three daughters, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
