He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Brown (M. W.) and Grace Lee Ledbetter Brown; his wife Bettye; and his grandsons, Michael Shane and David Dwayne Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Janean) and Kerry (Melissa); his grandchildren, Shelley Brown Walker (Michael), Amber Brown Jackson (Blake), Michael Brown (Laci), Ron Samson (Monica), Rusty Bearden (Kayla) and Shelly Tinsley (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Braden, Lexie Walker, Rylee, Gunner Jackson, Matt, Isabella Samson, Brooklyn, Easton and Gauge Tinsley.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Lowell-Tims Funeral Home (1100 E Tamarack Rd, Altus, OK 73521). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Lowell-Tims Chapel (1100 E Tamarack Rd, Altus, OK 73521).
