He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard James Smith Sr. and Patricia Miller (Smith); his wife Cheryl Smith (Simmons); his former wife Debbie Ann Smith; his grandmother Donnie Mae Green; his brother Ray Wurtenberg; his children, Joshua Smith, Deitra Hill and Sharee Sutton-Brown; his siblings, Christopher Miller, Richard Smith, Mechelle Smith, Donnie Smith and Kay Wurtenburg; and also June Burton. He was also cherished by three step-grandchildren; a host of step-greatgrandchildren; as well as other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
