He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Earl and Annie Thelma Wisner (Burkett); and his brothers, Francis Earl Wisner, Jr. and Robert Edward Wisner. He is survived by: his wife Barbra Shook Wisner; his children, James Christian Wisner (Chris) of Washington, DC and Lydia Elizabeth Wisner Cox (John) of San Antonio, Texas; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Alyssa Cox and Michael Austin Cox (Mac) of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and nephews, as well as many close friends.
