It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Steve Carter formerly of Altus, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sherwood Carter and Gladys Lavada Sherwood; and his brother William Ricky Carter. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Bernice West; his children, Jason Scott of Seattle Washington and Corrie Marie; his grandsons, Austin Michael and Nathan Scott; and his sister Paula Kay Carter of California.
