Frances Ruth Herron Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2020, at the age of 101, Frances Ruth Herron of Altus, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Bessie Smith; her husband Earl Herron; and her son James Herron. She is survived by: her daughters, Cecilia and June Bolton; her daughter-in-law Shannon Herron; and her grandchildren, Keith, Kathy, Steve and Holly. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and numerous very special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Frances Herron Scholarships at the Altus Public Schools, the Southwest Technology Center, or to the Western Oklahoma State College (WOSC) in honor of Frances Herron's legacy.
