She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Kelley and Clairsie Kelley (Sparks); her husband Durward Parks; her siblings, Joe, Norman, Dwayne, Jimmie Wiebe, Mary Coffey, Ruth Eskew and Erna Justine Kelley; her son-in-law Carl Hilburn; and her brothers-in-law, Jona Wiebe, Bobby Coffey and Royce Eskew.
She is survived by: her daughter Kelley Hilburn of Gotebo, OK; her son-in-law Neal Hobbs; her daughter Shelly Hoenshell (Jeff) of Mountain View, OK; her granddaughters, Lori Heller (Dallon) of Gotebo, OK and Jessica Sanders (Jerret) of McAlester, OK.; her great grandchildren, Grady Heller, Gentry Sanders and Gracyn Sanders; her brother Grady Kelley Jr.; and her sisters-in-law, Sue and Norma Kelley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home (306 W 11th St, Hobart, OK 73651). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Odessa Cemetery.
