She is survived by: her children, David Payne, Mike Payne, Rebecca Moore, Barbara Palmer and Deborah Payne; and her grandchildren, Wallace Franklin, Michael Moore, James Moss, William Moss, Robby Payne, Thomas Holt, Richard Carney Jr., James Payne, Samantha Wheatley and Mikey Payne. She is also survived by great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
