He was predeceased by: his parents, Mart Lee Marris and Anne Marris (Tom); his siblings, Mart Lee Marris, Jr., Patrick Henry Marris, Millie Palmer (Marris) and Paney Elizabeth Shoemaker (Marris); and the mother of his children Patricia OldCrow.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia OldCrow; his children, Tricia Ann Marris (Jack Peterson) of Norman, Christopher Lee Marris of Irving, Texas. and Edwyn Denny Marris of Irving, Texas.; his grandchildren, Tyler Boyd (Carmen) of Norman and Lindsay Boyd of Oklahoma City; his great grandchild Flint Boyd; and his niece Patricia Darlene Shoemaker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
