He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche I Bailey (Darr) and Lannie Bailey, Sr.; his daughter Lisa Dawn Bailey; his siblings, Lannie Bailey, Jr., Robert Bailey, Jack Bailey, Richard Bailey and Peggie Cisco; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Cisco and Bob Rich.
He is survived by: his wife Terry Bailey; his son Phillip Bailey (Shirley); his sister Jenny Rich; his granddaughters, Rachel Madl (Patrick) and Julie Waldroop (Bryan); and his great grandchildren, Kade Allen Dollins, Christopher Mykel Madl, Trey Alexander Waldroop and Allie Parker Waldroop.
