He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Osborne and Fern Osborne (Wallace); his sister Marjorie McDonald; his wives, Sally Barteleson Osborne and Phyllis Lauen Osborne; his daughters, Cynthia Lyn McCarty and Carol Mlawsky; and his stepsons, Butch Lauen and Kevin Ketchpaw.
He is survived by: his son Steven Thomas Osborne (Karen) of Whitefish, Montana; his stepdaughters, Debra Bell, Penny Mosley and Sharon Puckett (Larry); and his grandchildren, Chrystie, Cameron, Megan, Trevor, Danny, Roland, Kimberly, Montie, Roxanne, Joshua, Waylon, Kyle and Robert. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
