He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Nichols and Gayle Nichols (Walker); his brother-in-law Bobby King; and his grandparents, Jess, Verda Walker, Howard and Lessie Nichols.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Nichols (Andrea) and Kenda Dean (Luis Medrano); his grandchildren, Alison Nichols, Blaise Dean, Taly Dean, Nate Medrano and Layton Medrano; his siblings, Melinda King and Mark Nichols (Vickie); his uncle Howard Nichols, Jr.; his cousins, Andy Malena and Barb Wax; and his close friend Terri Gillean.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Centennial Memorial Chapel at Altus City Cemetery (2400 Falcon Rd, Altus, OK 73521).
