He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dobbins (Dick) and Beloysa Dobbins (Bea); and his siblings, Jim Dobbins and Judy Akerman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Caralee Wilsie; his daughters, Jennifer Smith (Wendell) of Allen and Sara Maloy (Jeff) of Allen; his sister Linda Dunn (Ernie) of Siloam Springs, AR; his sister-in-law Penny Dobbins of Asher; his brother Russell Dobbins (Julie) of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Emily Smith of Norman, Alyssa Maloy of Allen, Nathan Smith of Allen and Luke Maloy of Ada.
