He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Howard and Lois Trigg Howard; his siblings, Leon Howard, Gerald Howard (Ora), Phillip Howard (Opal), Billy Joe Howard, James Howard and Delores (Nathan Howard); his parents-in-law, Max Woodhull and Hazel White; and his brother-in-law Michael Woodhull.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Howard (Susie); his children, Beckey Wainscott of Ada, Rockey Howard of Ada, Jim Bob Howard of Ada, Velton Howard of Ada and Destry Fleming of Mansfield, TX; his brothers, Tom Howard (Catherine) of Caddo and Charles Howard (Peggy) of Caney; his sisters-in-law, Donna Howard of Oakland, OR, Jody Howard Wilkettt and McAlester; his grandchildren, Shyra Nunley (Dalton), Amber Vandevere (Issac), Amber Williams (Stevie), Kelsey Howard, Brandy Wainscott and Frankie Howard; and his brother-in-law Shade Woodhull (Janine). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
