He was predeceased by: his parents, C. E. Wainscott and Annie Virgie Cross Wainscott; his wife Aliene Fulton; and his siblings, Ferman Wainscott, Max Wainscott, Ben Wainscott, Merle Wainscott, Margie Kerr and Lemesa Clenney.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Barrett (Fred), Steve Wainscott (Centhy), Calvin and Stoney Wainscott (Bobbie); his siblings, Morris Wainscott, Alene Brooks and Lou Janda; and his pet Prissy. He is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
