He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hill Sr. and Georgia Hill (Stansbury); and his brother Steven Hill. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hill; his sons, Joe Hill (Ashley) and Jason Hill (Raevyn); his brother Howard Hill Jr. (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Johanna Hill, Emma Hill, Cassady Jacobs and Wyatt Hill.
