He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Welton Bell and Juna Lee Bell (Webb). He is survived by: his brothers, Steven Bell of Allen and Bruce Bell (Lois) of Stonewall; and his niece Mary Gilmore of Allen. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
