He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Nix and Morita Black Nix. He is survived by: his wife Rita Hughes; his children, Chad Nix (Valerie) and Stacy Laden (Richard); his grandchildren, Kinsey Savage (Joyal), Garrett Nix, Ava Laden and Lily Laden; and his sisters, Judy Chrietzburg, Janice Nix and Rhonda Nix Layell (Wayne).
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Criswell Chapel (113 W Broadway, Allen, OK 74825). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Allen School (110 N Richmond St, Allen, OK 74825).
