He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hodo; his children, Pete Malone (Brandi) and Leslie Hudgins; his siblings, Larry Akins, Altha Edens and Peggy Greene; and his close friend Adam Colbert. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
