He was predeceased by: his parents, T. L. Wallis and Geneva Wallis; his siblings, Dena Davis, Roy Wallis, Clyde Wallis and Floyd Wallis; and his great grandchild Amaya McFerran.
He is survived by: his wife Melva Harper; his daughters, Alayna (Jack Hendrix), Donna (Jeff McFerran) and Julie (Steve Black); his grandchildren, Andrew (Sara McFerran), Jacob (Amber McFerran), Sydney Magee of Guthrie, John (Lexi Reynolds), Ethan Reynolds of Tulsa, Jared Stringfellow of Minneapolis and Jenna McFerran; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Xander and Jesse McFerran of Okmulgee; and his sibling Bev Wallis (Freeda) of Sherman. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
