He is survived by: his wife Jessie Sue Pannell; his children, April and Travis; his grandchildren, Colton, Caden and Grasyn; his siblings, Eddie Boyd (Brenda), Dale Boyd (Sharon), Billye Janice Potter (George) and Carol Jarrett (Ed); and his brother-in-law Bill Tatum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
