She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Lindsey Jacks. She is survived by: her sister Sherry; her brother-in-law Danny Sappington; and her nephews, Keith Sappington and Kevin Sappington.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home (3841 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home and Chapel (3841 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105).
