It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Cassell of Allen, Oklahoma, born in Pernell, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas R. "Buster" Harris and Zina Nova Barnett Harris; her husband David Jackson "DJ" Cassell; and her son David Cassell. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Arnold (James) of Allen; her siblings, Sonny Harris (Opal) of Elmore City, OK, Twanna Pink of Detroit, MI, Patsy Sue Harris of Detroit, MI, Linda Small of Oklahoma City, Sharon Mackelvie of Santa Clarita, CA and Connie Whisler (Larry) of League City, TX; and her grandchildren, Brielle DeVoe (Evan), Dennis Cassell (Patricia), Ray Dry, Jake Cassell (Jamie), Brad Arnold, Elizabeth Henthorn (Charles) and Noel Arnold (Ashley). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.
