He was predeceased by: his parents, Linuel Fields and Mary Evelyn Fields (Kennedy); and his brother Greg Lynn Fields. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Fields; his children, Jonathan David Fields of Oklahoma City and Sarah Rachelle Fields Newton (Michael) of Norman; his grandsons, Talon, Evan and Tristan; and his stepsons, Brandon Lee Broome of McAlester and Cody Dylon Broome of Dow. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
