With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Cole of Alderson, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 31, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Buffington and Orpha Buffington (Hudson); her daughter Jackie Cole; her brother Jimmy Don Buffington; and her brothers-in-law, L. T. Ray and Bill Morgan.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Brayden Cole, Jordan Ridenour and Morgan Garner; her husband Jerry Cole of Alderson; her children, Gary Cole of McAlester, Cathy Ridenour (Kenny) of McAlester, Randy Cole (Brandy) of McAlester and Rachel Garner (Clifford, Jr.) of McAlester; her grandchildren, Dustin Finley, Larissa Cole, Andrea Alvarez, Nathan Ridenour (Isabelle), Brittany Haynes (Cory), Bryant Cole, Trent Cole, Ethan Brooks, Ben Othole, Raelyn Othole and Avery Garner; her sisters, Mary Lou Ray of Tushka and Joyce Henry (Jim) of McAlester; her sister-in-law Doris Morgan of Tennessee; and her cousin Naomi Elwell of McAlester. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
