He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Floyd Staton and Ruby Bell Staton (Anderson); his siblings, Beryl and Meryl Staton; and his nephew Donald Wayne Staton.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Jon Staton (Stallings); his siblings, Joe Staton of Yuba, OK, Duane Staton and Mary Goldsmith (Bill) of Kingston, OK; his daughters, Ladonna Kay Franklin (Allen) and Delinda Eve Knox (Tony) of Roberta, OK; his grandsons, Aaron Franklin (Shana) of Durant, OK, Colt Franklin (Arin), Coby Franklin (Alexandra), Cort Franklin (Sarah), Taylor Knox (Kaley) and Matthew Knox; his great grandchildren, Alexander Franklin, Sebastian Franklin, Titus Franklin, Dean Franklin and Carson Allen; his grandsons, Aaron Mark Franklin, Colt Tray Franklin, Coby Clay Franklin, Cort Kray Franklin, Taylor Anthony Knox and Matthew Donald Knox; and his sons-in-law, Allen Franklin and Tony Knox.
