He is survived by: his wife Patricia Spiva; and his children, Patty (Frank Rendel), Joanne Howell, Susan Gourley (Larry), Wayne Spiva Jr. and John Spiva. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
