He was predeceased by: his parents, G. W. Roe and Alene Roe (Harper); and his siblings, Wayne Roe and Sharon Reed. He is survived by: his brothers, James Roe (Renee) of Agra, Gary Roe (Carolyn) of Agra and Richard Roe (Patty) of Agra. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
