She is survived by: her parents, Daniel Herrmann and Maude Herrmann; her husband Billy Ray Worthy; her child Danny Kay; her husband Bill Worthy; her children, Johnny Ray Worthy of Cushing, Michael Wayne Worthy of Checotah, Alan Leroy Worthy of Stillwater and Carol Diann Worthy; and her brothers, Mondis Herrmann of Grand Junction and Arnold Herrmann of Chandler. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
