He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie H. Klingenberg and Marie Klingenberg (Regier); his wife Betty Porter Klingenberg; his daughter Joyce Kathleen Copeland; and his brother-in-law Jacob Schrag.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Savoy (Eric) of Wichita, KS, Donella Lara of Derby, KS, Raeanne Briar (David) of Newton, KS, Susan Graham (Terry), Carolyn Williams (Mike) and Barbara Pliler (Rex Gill) of Tulsa, OK; and his siblings, Vernon (Carol) of Peabody, KS, Esther Schrag of McPherson, KS and Mary Janzen (Ken) of North Newton, KS. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
